I am really excited to show you how to style a floral top this Summer.  The one I am wearing today is a cold shoulder top from Grace and Lace, which is super flirty and fun, and I have already received so many compliments just wearing it once. You won’t be able to wear this top, without having someone to stop and ask you where you got it from.

In addition to the fact that this top is very loose and easy breezy feel and won’t be clinging to you on the hot days.  It is also fabulous, and the shape is absolutely flattering on almost anyone. You have that little bit of skin showing on the shoulders, and the flounce sleeves conceals the biggest part of the arm, which is great especially for those who are not fond of showing the arm area.

The best way to style a floral top is with a solid color, especially a white skirt. The white skirt will act as a clean backdrop for your beautiful floral top and it will make it stand out. For the shoes, keep them simple something with a nude color to elongate the legs, and not to draw too much attention to your feet. As for your handbag, pull from the color palette of the top, and match the handbag to that color. The floral tops are perfect for cocktails with friends, picnic at the park or just for running around the day. I hope you enjoyed this post and got some inspiration on how to style your floral top.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day

xo, Emily

I’m so into cold shoulder tops for the summer. This tip is helpful. It’s better to pair it with a solid color so that it won’t be too overwhelming especially for petite frames like me.. ;D do you want to follow each other in instagram? do let me know. I’ll follow you back.. 😀
