…The pointed lace-up flats today are the latest must have fashion trend. I started seeing them last year on some Bloggers and few Pinterest looks, but by this year they are almost everywhere.  I wondered what all the rage was about them. So, naturally as any Fashion-lover would do, I wanted to try this new trend.  I must say that these shoes are so easy to wear and also most importantly very easy to style. You can style them with cropped jeans, mini-skirts even ankle length skirts.

I chose to style them with this beautiful flowy pleated blush skirt from Target, that hits just about the mid-calf. This is perfect because it leaves enough space for the shoes to be shown off.  The shape of the skirt is also very flattering; it will look great for any woman of any size.

I cinched the skirt in with a skinny belt to draw more attention to the waist line. And the pointed lace up flats, in this beautiful wine color, bring all the attention down to the feet.  I like to wear these shoes laced-up a little higher up on my ankles, just to make it a little more interesting. For the top, I went for a simple white tank top, with a scooped neckline, which gives just enough skin for a very sexy yet feminine look.  I hope this outfit inspires you.
