Pink Summer Dress

Happy Friday!!! As you can tell from the last two posts that pink is my favorite color, especially this Barbie pink. It is so summery and girly. But sadly it is not always in style. I remember a few Summers ago, when there were only mustered yellows and other muted colors in style. I am so happy that it is back in for this Summer.

Since, it is in style this Summer, I have been going crazy by styling everything in pink. I wanted to style even this dress with my pink heels from yesterday, but I had to hold myself back. I think what made me decide on these lace up wedges is the way I styled my hair in  milk braids. I realized that I was going for that casually chic look, so I added casual items accordingly.

In case you are wondering, this dress is on sale for only $24 at Sears. You have all my recommendation for this dress because it is a shift dress  and it is flattering on most body shapes. The material is so light, which will keep you cool in these hot temperatures, and the stylish cutout design will show off some skin; those collar bones, and upper arms.
