…In honor of National Picnic Day, I am sharing my pictures from the picninc last weekend. On Friday we went to the Farmer’s Market like we do almost every Friday, and we picked up our favorite applewood smoked cheese. The next day I prepared a light dessert; with graham crackers, berries, vanilla pudding and whipped cream. I did not want to bring a lot of food, just some appetizers, fruit and dessert.
Once I had everything ready, we made our way to our favorite park. Every summer we would come here on the weekends and let the dogs run around. Even though I am left with only one dog, I still bring him here and let him run around free without a leash, while we sat down and enjoyed the scenery as well the appetizers and snacks. I think this is one of my favorite things to do on the weekends; going to the park and enjoying the outside.
