Happy Monday!!!

How to wear a Tutu in winter?

I have seen countless number of pins on Pinterest of bloggers in Tutus and I was wondering how realistic it is to wear a Tutu skirt in Winter. I was up for the challenge to figure out how to wear this fun and exciting “ballerina” skirt in cold temperatures. I must say it is easier than you think it would be, especially if you follow my trick. To wear a tutu in winter, first thing you have to keep in mind is the length of the skirt, the longer it is, the better. The length of the skirt itself will cover more of your legs and keep you warmer, but also because with longer skirts you can wear,  things underneath it like knee workout leggings for some extra warmth. This is something I did.

If the temperatures are really freezing, or depending how cold you get, you can also wear thicker tights.  For the top make sure you wear a thick and warm sweater. I chose this beautiful embellished one for an extra glam look.  And this date night winter look would not be complete without some amazing arm-candy like these bracelets from The Peach Box.  I hope these few tips will be helpful to you next time you choose to wear a Tutu in Winter.

Thanks for stopping by,

Emily
